Meet the Team That Opened the Door to Epstein Grand Jury Transcripts

In 2019, the Palm Beach Post retained Am Law No. 14 Greenberg Traurig to ask, through a Freedom of Information Act request, whether it could help obtain records from the Palm Beach County State’s Attorney’s Office relating to the 2005-2006 prosecution of Jeffrey Epstein.

The Post made international headlines for its attempts to obtain transcripts of the grand jury hearings, which contained detailed answers to questions posed by attorneys from the former victims’ and witnesses’ attorney’s office about the man a judge called “the most infamous pedophile in American history.”
