Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Weekly Update: Confession

Spoilers for the week of July 8-12, 2024 on Days of our lives foreshadow a week of happy reunions after Gabi’s confession at a press conference.

Monday July 1, 2024, episode #14890

When Nicole (Arianne Zucker) walked in on EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) and Melinda (Tina Huang), EJ admitted to giving Melinda immunity. The argument was interrupted when Stefan (Brandon Barash) and Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) arrived at the house. When EJ kicked Melinda out, he offered her a job at DiMera to keep her quiet. Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Tate (Leo Howard) argued over his sneaking in with Holly (Ashley Puzemis) while Holly confided in Eric (Greg Vaughan) about the situation. Tate then called Holly and asked her to run away with him. Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) met Ava (Tamara Braun) and offered her a job at DiMera, while Eric was offered a job in Paris.

Tuesday July 2, 2024, episode #14891

Kate (Lauren Koslow) visits Abe (James Reynolds) and offers her condolences for Chanel (Raven Bowens) before revealing her idea to create her own TV show. Johnny (Carson Boatman) and Chanel comfort each other over their loss before she reconciles with Paulina (Jackée Harry). Marlena (Deidre Hall) gives Stephanie (Abigail Klein) an update on Everett (Blake Berris) and tells her she might be the key to reaching him. When Stephanie goes to check on him, Bobby tells them to leave and warns them to stay away.

Wednesday July 3, 2024, episode #14892

It was revealed that Bobby wasn’t taking his meds, and after Stephanie suggested to Jada (Elia Cantu) that they visit Everett, she talked to Bobby, who dangled information about a murder in front of her. Kate and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) talked about Abe’s obsession with his favorite soap opera, which was just canceled. This prompted Kate to convince him to buy the rights to the soap opera. Steve (Stephen Nichols) confided in Marlena about his case when he learned he had been given a suspended sentence. After struggling over potential footage of Abigail, Chad (Billy Flynn) asked Paulina for permission to exhume Abigail’s body.

Thursday July 4, 2024, episode #14893

Justin (Wally Kurth) shares his opinion with Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) about his fiancée and suggests they sign a prenup. Rachel (Finley Rose Slater) overhears Holly on the phone with Tate and asks what their secret plan is. When Rachel threatens to tell Nicole, Holly bribes her with her favorite perfume. Tate tells Aaron (Louis Tomeo) about the lacrosse camp Brady wants to send him to and asks his friend to secretly go instead. When Tate and Holly later escape to watch the fireworks, someone sees them kissing in the bushes. Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) arrives to give Xander (Paul Telfer) a check for his share of Victor’s estate, but he refuses it.

Friday July 5, 2024, episode #14894

Eric told Nicole he was moving to Paris. Jada told Rafe (Galen Gering) about Bobby’s murder complaint and when she went to see him again, he told her he would only tell her if she got him out of Bayview. He finally admitted that he knew information about Li’s (ex-Remmington Hoffman) murder. It was later revealed in a flashback by Connie (Julie Dove – see which DAYS character she compared Connie to!) that she was Li’s killer. Kristen offered Melinda a job at DiMera. EJ warned Stefan not to tell Gabi about Jude when Gabi walked in on them arguing. EJ reminded them that he owed her and gave them no choice but to come to his press conference and talk about him. When EJ left the room and Gabi told Stefan that she heard them arguing, Stefan admitted the truth about Jude. At the press conference, Gabi gave a speech about EJ before announcing that Eric is Jude’s father in front of Nicole.

The week ahead

Soon, in Salem, shocking news could prevent Eric from leaving town. Chad will also make new progress in the Abigail mystery, while the murderer Bobby keeps talking about could be revealed.
