MC Mining Ltd has disclosed that new director Douglas Ian Abrahams, who joined the company on 1 July 2024, does not currently hold any securities in the company. The mandatory disclosure, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.19A.1, states that Abrahams has no direct or indirect interest in any shares of MC Mining Ltd. This initial notice of director interest is part of the Australian Securities Exchange’s standard compliance procedure.
