Best Amusement Parks in New Jersey, Ranked

The ranking of amusement parks is bold.

For what?

Because just like when you fall in love with a woman (OK, ladies, or a man), it’s not necessarily who’s the most popular or the most beautiful that counts.

It is an intangible thing. Just like you create sweet memories with someone you love, you do it with amusement parks and other things. They become special and ideal for very personal reasons.

It could be nostalgia or it could be associations. What better example than the fact that many of us fondly remember Action Park, even when those memories consist of multiple fractures and broken teeth on their alpine slide? But maybe it was a moment in your life, a first taste of freedom, so many things.

Stacker took a chance, though. They dared to rank 21 New Jersey amusement parks from worst to best. They did this using data from TripAdvisor, which used a combination of not only reviews, but also page views and overall ratings.

I think number one is perhaps obvious.

What they put in sixth place really left me stumped. Go through the list of attractions, parks and entertainment venues and see if you think they are right or wrong.
