WWE and AEW offer contracts to Stephanie Vaquer

Stephanie Vaquer may soon appear on WWE television or in All Elite Wrestling.

According to Mexican sports newspaper Record, Stephanie Vaquer has received contract offers from WWE and All Elite Wrestling. The newspaper states that Vaquer has been offered multi-year contracts by both companies and that she will decide in the coming days whether to sign with WWE or Tony Khan’s promotion.

The contract offers come after Vaquer impressed in her Title vs. Title match against Mercedes Moné at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door in late June. Vaquer ultimately lost her NJPW STRONG Women’s Championship to Moné in the match, but she impressed throughout the match, with reports even stating that the match was set up with Moné’s intentions of “doing” Vaquer at Forbidden Door in mind.

Having started her career in 2009, the Chilean talent has been with CMLL since 2019 and is the CMLL World Women’s Champion and CMLL World Women’s Tag Team Champion with Zeuxis. Vaquer began wrestling in the United States in 2021 and made her NJPW STRONG debut in May 2023 during the tournament to crown the inaugural NJPW STRONG Women’s Champion. She was a regular in New Japan after her first appearance and won the NJPW STRONG Women’s Title from Giulia in March 2024.
