Nico Williams sends message of support to FC Barcelona star Pedri

Spanish and Athletic Club star Nico Williams sent a public message of support to his compatriot Pedri on Sunday.

All of this of course comes in the midst of what have been a very difficult few days for the Barcelona midfielder.

Pedri was forced to leave Spain’s Euro 2024 quarter-final clash with Germany on Friday due to a violent tackle from Toni Kroos.

The 21-year-old has since been confirmed to be suffering from a knee injury which could see him sidelined for up to six weeks.

Pedri, in turn, took to social media on Sunday to send a message to all those who have wished him good luck over the past 48 hours.

And, as mentioned above, late tonight, adding his name to the list of midfield supporters, was Nico Williams.

Himself heavily linked with a move to Barcelona this summer, winger Nico took to the comments section of Pedri’s post, to reveal the following:

“Always with you, little brother”
