Geordie Shore star Chloe Ferry puts her huge apartment on the market for £1.3million as she vacates her five-bedroom home with cinema room, bar and games room in Newcastle

Chloe Ferry is selling her huge Newcastle home and has listed the modern five-bedroom property for a whopping £1.3million.

The Geordie Shore star, 28, originally bought the home for £1.1million just three years ago in 2021, but it seems she is already keen to move on.

In addition to several bedrooms, the house also has five bathrooms, a luxurious cinema room, a bar, a games room, a dressing room and a double garage.

The reality personality features a large open kitchen, centered around an island and featuring contemporary black cabinets and cream quartz countertops.

Chloe’s home also has a double garage which she has partially converted into a gym to keep up with her fitness regime, including a punching bag, StairMaster and weights.

The property also has a large garden which Chloe, the party girl, would undoubtedly have taken advantage of to entertain her friends at home.

The land is set in acres of fields which surround the property, whilst the garden area is secured by a gate for added privacy and security.

Chloe’s huge driveway is perfect for her car collection, which previously included a Lamborghini, a G-Wagon and a Bentley.

She looks out over the space through floor-to-ceiling windows, which appear on both floors of the home, which has been listed by Pattinson Estate Agents.

Chloe told her Instagram followers on social media that she felt like “the luckiest girl in the world” after moving into the mansion.

Chloe put the luxury property up for rent in 2022 for a whopping £7,000 a month. It is not known if anyone has moved in yet.

Chloe put her old Newcastle home on the market in February 2021, just a year after moving in and redecorating.

In June that year, Chloe revealed the property had been sold as she celebrated in a black bodycon dress next to her former home, where a yellow ‘sold’ sign had been stuck in the front garden.

She said: “I can’t believe my house has been sold!” as she celebrated the occasion outside the luxurious property.

Chloe told her followers: “I don’t feel like it’s real that I moved! But let’s move on to the next chapter, stay tuned #chloemanor.”

In this celebratory snap, the reality star flaunts her iconic curves as she glows outside her former home in a figure-hugging black midi dress and sandals.

The brunette bombshell flashed her toned abs in the plunging dress, which featured a sleek cut-out detail.

Looking very glamorous for the announcement, Chloe looked flawless with full makeup and long braids swept back behind her shoulders.
