See the shocking photo of Shannon Beador’s bloodied face after a drunk driving accident

Shannon Beador showed off a shocking photo of her bloodied face after she was involved in a car crash that led to her arrest for DUI in September 2023.

In a sneak peek at Thursday’s Season 18 premiere of “Real Housewives of Orange County,” the reality star sits down with co-star Heather Dubrow for an emotional conversation about the ordeal.

Beador, 60, claims that moments before the crash she was at her ex-boyfriend John Janssen’s house when they argued because he called her a “drunk idiot”.

“I got in the car and lost control,” she admits.

An emotional Beador then pulled out a selfie from the night of the accident showing one of her eyes bloodied and bruised. Blood could also be seen covering half of her face and running down her neck.

“Oh, Shannon! Oh my God!” Dubrow, 55, exclaimed in amazement, before covering her face with one hand.

Beador’s accident appears to be a hot topic in the upcoming season, as the preview clip also shows her fellow “Housewives” talking about her drinking behind her back.

In one conversation, Beador told Emily Simpson that she was “a two-drink person right now.” At the time, Simpson asked her if she would “ever choose sobriety,” but Beador reiterated her assertion that she did not drink “that often.”

During another conversation between Dubrow and Tamra Judge, the latter bluntly asks the former if she thinks Beador “has, like, a drinking problem.”

“Yes, I do,” Dubrow confesses.

The preview also shows a group dinner where Beador emotionally reflects on how she feels about “what happened” each morning. However, Judge interrupts her to ask, “Is this after we have a drink?”

“I’m tired of people saying I’m a drunk who needs help, because I’m not. I had a really bad night. I want to get out right now, because I’m ruining my makeup, so I need to get out,” Beador says in a confessional before leaving the hot seat.

In September 2023, Beador made headlines when she crashed her car into the side of the road and fled the scene. After police were able to track her down, she was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and hit-and-run.

She was later sentenced to three years of probation, 40 hours of community service and a nine-month alcohol program.

Season 18 of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” will premiere July 11 at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo and will air the following day on Peacock.
