A collection of high jewelry inspired by the arts

Bringing together a series of artistic disciplines, Chaumet unveils Chaumet on Stagethe house’s latest high jewelry collection inspired by rhythm and craftsmanship.

For the first scene, Chaumet artisans created three sets (Harmony, Melody and Score) dedicated to music, each as complex and penetrating as the melodies that inspire them, including a necklace from the “Harmony” set with 700 bezel settings and 2,800 prongs to express an exquisite sense of movement. Each piece, adorned with beautifully intertwined sapphires and diamonds, tells an extraordinary melody.

Dance inspires the second trio of the story (Tango, Ballet and Swing) with creations that evoke the power and beauty of masterful choreography. From the sensuality and passion of tango to the precision and grace of ballet to the fiery energy of swing, these adornments are inspired by the connection between body and soul. Ceylon sapphire, rubellites and tourmalines mingle with diamonds in a performance full of life.

The third scene is dedicated to magic, with three sets (Voltige, Illusion, Trompe-l’œil) that play on hallucinatory effects and supernatural movements that attract the eye. With “Voltige”, diamonds that seem to float above the skin evoke the notion of acrobats, while the set “Illusion” dazzles with Mozambique rubies that distort perception.

With scenes of Music, Dance and Magic, Chaumet highlights the virtuosity of the house. Thanks to techniques perfected over the centuries and the expertise of the house’s highly qualified gemologist, these ensembles adopt a rhythm of their own, channeling the same feelings that art arouses in us through fine jewelry.
