Where Does Phil Steele Rank Miller Moss and the USC Quarterback Room?

Everyone has an opinion on quarterback Miller Moss and the USC offense. What’s Phil Steele’s take? Mark Rogers shared Steele’s preseason position group rankings for USC nationally and in the Big Ten on The Voice of College Football.

College football analyst Blake Brockermeyer had this to say about Miller Moss earlier this year:

“Moss has a good arm and accuracy, but he often locks in on his primary target without progressing his reads, which was evident in his limited action and led to turnovers against Louisville. This season, Moss must improve his ability to use his eyes to move defenders and progress to avoid defenders looking for the ball. His success will depend on his ability to make those adjustments and utilize easy passes to backs.”
