Labour Ministry issues notice to Paytm for ‘wrongful’ dismissal of employees

According to official sources, Paytm The management appeared before the regional labor commissioner and agreed not to recover the worker’s membership bonus after the Ministry of Labour criticized the company for allegedly firing an employee.

Official sources said that Paytm had also agreed to pay the notice to the worker in question. In any case, they did not reveal the name of the worker who received the assistance. The issue was not addressed in an email sent to Paytm.

Meanwhile, official sources claim that the worker accepted Paytm’s offer to leave in the presence of the Regional Labour Commissioner (Central), Bengaluru. They also said that the dispute was resolved to the satisfaction of both parties following the talks.
