This Friday marks National French Fry Day, an annual event celebrated on the second Friday in July, which this year falls on July 12. Fast food chains across the country are offering special promotions to commemorate the occasion.

McDonald’s French Fries Day Offer

McDonald’s is leading the way with a free medium fries offer with any $1 or more purchase through its app on July 12 and every Friday thereafter through December 27, 2024. Additionally, on Saturday, July 13, McDonald’s is offering free fries of any size, with no purchase necessary, through the McDonald’s app. New users who download the app can also receive a free Big Mac with their first purchase of $1 or more.

Burger King Fries Day Special Offer

For Burger King Royal Perks loyalty program members, a free order of any size fries is available with any purchase of $1 or more on National French Fry Day, as well as every Friday throughout the rest of the year. From July 12 to 14, Royal Perks members can also earn Double Crowns on rewards with purchases that include fries. In celebration of National Grilling Month, Royal Perks members can earn a free burger with any purchase of $1 or more on July 12.

Taco Bell Fries Day Offer

Taco Bell is offering a special promotion for its Nacho Fries. Through Monday, July 15, customers can join the Taco Bell Rewards loyalty program and purchase a Nacho Fries Lover’s Pass for $10. The pass entitles members to one order of regular-sized Nacho Fries every day for the next 30 days through the Taco Bell app.

KFC Fries Day Offer

KFC Rewards members can receive a free order of any size Secret Recipe fries with any online purchase on July 12. Plus, with an online purchase through the KFC app or KFC.com, customers can get 50% off chicken sandwiches, including the new KFC Saucy sandwich, through August 25.

Arby’s Fries Day Deal

Arby’s Rewards members can get any size order of fries for $1 starting July 12 through the end of the month. New members who join the program also get 25% off their first order. The chain is also bringing back its hash browns for a limited time.
