Eamonn Holmes Shares Sizzling Selfie and ‘Message for Ruth’ Amid Ongoing Breakup

EAMONN Holmes has shared a sizzling selfie and a “message for Ruth” amid their ongoing split.

The TV presenters surprised fans in May after announcing the breakdown of their 15-year marriage.

The couple’s relationship reportedly deteriorated rapidly after they left This Morning in 2021.

Taking to Instagram today, Eamonn, 64, posted a moody snap with the caption: “Lovely warm day today. Enjoying the cool shade in the car. What are you doing?”

He also appeared to respond to a fan named Ruth in the comments, who wrote: “Taking care of boring housework and playing with my greyhound. Love you Eamonn.”

The GB News presenter said: “Thanks for saying that, Ruth.”

He has since been spotted with blonde beauty Katie Alexander, 42, after The Sun reported on their close friendship.

The two have been out together a lot over the past year.

Eamonn treated her to a Beyoncé concert, Center Parcs and a Manchester United match, while Katie was seen in her hometown of Belfast.

Katie met Eamonn on X/Twitter in 2015 after he commented on a post and it sparked a conversation.

And marriage counsellor Katie, who is said to be madly in love with the presenter, is staying with him in his luxury apartment.

A source told us: “The fact remains that he would still be in the marital home, being looked after by Ruth, if she had not discovered what had been going on behind his back.

“There is still much to be said about what really happened at Eamonn’s wedding. Everything will come out eventually.

“And even he will raise his eyebrows at some of the details surrounding his new confidante Katie, who has told her friends she is “madly in love” with him.

Meanwhile, it was revealed this week that Ruth is planning to open up about her split from Eamonn for the first time next week on Loose Women.

The star has been absent from the daytime TV show since April, but is now ready to open up about what’s been going on.

Ruth reportedly feels she “owes it” to viewers to address the situation and she believes the Loose Women environment is perfect for that.

It is believed she will not do a full interview about it, but will take the opportunity to talk about it while surrounded by her Loose Women co-stars.

Since then, she has also sported a new hairstyle after a trip to the salon.
