Jelly Roll Announces Surprise Tampa Show After Morgan Wallen Concert Cancellation

Jelly Roll has announced a surprise concert in Tampa tonight after country singer Morgan Wallen canceled his show at Raymond James Stadium.

“TAMPA! Dallas Bull tonight – doors open at 7pm. If you have a ticket to the show, you get in free,” Jelly Roll, whose legal name is Jason Bradley DeFord, wrote on X.

Jelly Roll was set to open for Wallen before the “Last Night” singer canceled the show hours before doors opened, saying he woke up too sick to perform. The concert has been rescheduled for October 4.

Wallen also pushed back his scheduled July 18 and 19 Charlotte concert dates at Bank of America Stadium. Those concerts have been moved to October 18 and 19.

In a message posted to X earlier today, Jelly Roll said he was “working hard to organize something for you all somewhere tonight.”

The concert at the Dallas Bull, 3322 U.S. 301 in Tampa, begins at 8 p.m. It will be first-come, first-served for those who purchased tickets to Wallen’s concert. In a Facebook post, the venue said guests must be 18 or older.
