Travis Kelce Caught Dancing to Taylor Swift’s ‘Lavendar Haze’ on Golf Course

He clearly approved of the musical choice for the 17th hole.

Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s love story is slowly unfolding. After already mastering the lyrics to “The Alchemy,” “So High School,” and “Blank Space” (his three favorite Swift songs), the Kansas City Chiefs tight end is adding a new song to his repertoire.

On Friday, Kelce played in the 2024 American Century Championship, a celebrity-hosted charity golf tournament in Lake Tahoe, California, and as he approached the 17th hole, his energy noticeably shifted after hearing his girlfriend’s music playing over the speaker. As he prepared to tee off, the NFL star was spotted adorably dancing and belting out lyrics to Swift’s 2022 track “Lavender Haze” in front of a packed crowd.

In a video from the golf course posted to X (formerly Twitter), Kelce nods in approval before taking the shot, while another video shows him standing next to his brother Jason Kelce as he moves his arm back and forth to the music.

While Kelce finished 62nd out of 90 players in the tournament, he was named the NFL’s top tight end by ESPN the same day. This is the fifth year ESPN has ranked the top 10 players at 11 different positions in the NFL, with reporter Jeremy Fowler putting together the lists after speaking with various executives, coaches and scouts.

Swift subtly showed her support for Kelce’s ranking by “liking” several Instagram posts that celebrated her boyfriend’s latest achievement.

Obviously they are both still in their “Lavender Haze” era.
