Seacon Shipping Group Holdings Ltd. has announced a disclosure transaction for the sale of a bulk carrier for $13.8 million, scheduled for delivery between August 1 and October 15, 2024. The transaction is large enough to require reporting and announcement under listing rules as it exceeds the 5% threshold. The vessel, built in 2010, has had fluctuating profitability over the past two years, posting a loss in 2023 after a profitable 2022.
