She started her career in early childhood over 20 years ago and is now a school principal. She goes above and beyond to support her students, staff, and school. She arrives early and stays late. She recently partnered her school with the Atlanta Food Bank to become a community food distribution center. She started the Mental Health Network to help Georgians access mental health care. She is also the author of books to help children manage their emotions. And she does all of this while being a married mother of 5 children and 2 grandchildren.
