CM Punk Sends Heartfelt Message to AEW Star Despite Serious Conflict With Tony Khan and Co.

CM Punk Punk returned to the professional wrestling scene with AEW. The plan worked, and the entire wrestling world screamed when Punk returned to the wrestling industry, but his stint with AEW did not survive.

This streak came to an abrupt end when Tony Khan’s AEW decided to release Punk from his contract due to the disruption he was causing within the company. While Punk doesn’t like the promotion, it seems that he has some of the strongest and most beautiful bonds with the wrestlers who have worked there.

Recently, The Best in the World’s Instagram story went viral as it featured an AEW superstar. Diamanté, who was close to Punk throughout his time in AEW, was the wrestler in question. Punk wished Diamanté a happy birthday, indicating that their friendship had remained strong. This was a clear indication that Punk didn’t have a bad relationship with her. Maybe this great relationship with her would lead them to go to WWE with her support, who knows! The two wrestlers have great moments together.

The AEW star also wished Punk a happy birthday last year, writing: “Happy Birthday (CM Punk)! The only reason this picture exists is because you walked up to me when I was trying to get out of your way and included me in your photoshoot. It meant a lot to you then and it still means a lot to you today. I appreciate you so much, big guy! I’m sending my best wishes to Larry as well.”

CM Punk likely to return to the ring sooner than expected

The former WWE Champion returned to WWE at the Survivor Series Pay Per View event last year, and he has since competed in one match. It was the Royal Rumble, and he was injured and tore his triceps, which prevented him from competing on the biggest platform of them all, WrestleMania 40.

Additionally, rumors of his return to the ring are currently circulating, as his injury is likely fully healed and he will be medically cleared to compete soon.
