Raphinha sends another strong message about his future at Barcelona

Raphinha has once again made it clear that he is not at all interested in leaving Barcelona in the summer transfer window.

The Brazilian’s name has appeared several times in the rumours lately, as Barça may need to sell players if they want to strengthen the squad this summer.

But Raphinha is already looking to the future. He responded to an Instagram post celebrating “Rapha’s two years” with the message: “And we’re going to start the third.”

Raphinha was absent from the Brazil squad at the Copa America, meaning he has yet to return to pre-season training with Barcelona.

There have been rumours of Premier League clubs being interested and it has been suggested that Barca would be willing to accept big offers, but it appears Raphinha is only thinking about staying.

Barca may struggle to make a big sale this summer. Ronald Araujo’s recent injury appears to rule out a move for the Uruguayan, while Frenkie de Jong has also regularly insisted that Barca are the only club that would suit him.
