Originally from Bogotá, Gomez has his heart set on the “Colombian Beef” arepa. He believes the secret to their success lies in the freshness of the ingredients. While all of their arepas are popular, the “Steak and Chimichurri” arepa has become a customer favorite, standing out for its bold flavors.

The Vamos menu is a mosaic of flavors, offering something for everyone. Some of the standout options include the “Tampa,” an homage to the classic Cuban sandwich, and the spicy chipotle chicken, among others.
