TITAN CONTENT Announces Girl Group AtHeart, Members Sorin and Michi

Billboard can exclusively reveal the first details on TITAN CONTENT’s upcoming girl group, AtHeart, which is set to make its official debut in the first half of 2025.

Beginning with the reveal of AtHeart’s first two members, Sorin and Michi, the upcoming group will unveil its full lineup in the coming months, as the future stars develop individual online presences and connect with fans while preparing for their K-pop debuts via individual Instagram and TikTok accounts. Katie Kang, CEO of TITAN, said, “The members will share their daily lives and unique personalities through their social accounts, showcasing their journey to becoming AtHeart together. TITAN will unveil all of AtHeart’s members sequentially with special content this year.”

Both 17, Sorin and Michi hail from South Korea and Hawaii respectively, and are beginning to put together what TITAN describes as a girl group that will “appeal to audiences around the world.”

In the Korean entertainment industry, simultaneously revealing the members of a new K-pop group and launching their individual social media accounts is not a conventional practice. Most new artist startups are kept secret. While social media accounts are launched before a group debuts, individual members’ accounts tend to be launched years after they first hit the scene. (For example, all four members of BLACKPINK launched their individual accounts less than two years after their debut, but it took the members of BTS more than eight years.)

However, as CEO Kang adds, the strategy is part of the group’s overall vision toward more connected K-pop idols.

“The name ‘AtHeart’ speaks to the authentic nature of this group and the connection and love they will build with their fans by allowing them to be themselves,” Kang explains. Billboard“TITAN has been scouting and holding global auditions since early 2024 and we have been captivated by the incredible talent we have discovered. These members are so uniquely charming and embody the next generation of K-pop. I know fans around the world will resonate with their authentic personalities and I can’t wait for fans everywhere to listen to their songs and watch their performances.”

“As the first K-pop company established in the United States, TITAN will take an innovative and disruptive approach to creating, marketing and promoting the content and artists we produce,” added Han, President of TITAN. “By working with leading executives, creators and producers from both the East and the West, we will break the mold by targeting global markets simultaneously from the start.”

Chief Business Officer Dom Rodriguez describes the Los Angeles-based company as “a company that puts artists first and fans first,” saying its grand goals can be achieved through TITAN’s deeper involvement in the musical and personal development processes of K-pop stars.

“We are relentless in our pursuit of innovation and creativity,” added the CBO. “We prioritize the needs of our artists, the exceptional songwriters and producers who are integral to our success, and the dedicated fans who drive the K-pop phenomenon forward. Our hands-on A&R process is meticulously designed to elevate the next generation of K-pop artists, maintaining the highest standards of musical greatness. By collaborating with accomplished songwriters and top music producers around the world, we are committed to maintaining excellence and shaping the future of music.”

“AtHeart marks the beginning of an exciting journey built on the connection between K-pop idols, their devoted fans, and music, with a commitment to championing everything that makes K-pop unique and special,” said Guiom Lee, Visual Director of TITAN. “Backed by a team of industry experts who share a deep love and understanding of the genre, we will showcase innovation in all facets of AtHeart, pushing the boundaries in today’s ever-changing digital landscape. From top-notch visuals and fashion to captivating musical performances, we are excited to unveil AtHeart to a global audience.”

As previously reported, the team that makes up TITAN has experience with K-pop artists from all generations, including top names like BoA, Super Junior, Girls’ Generation, EXO, TWICE, Monsta X, ITZY, The Boyz, and more. Beyond artist development and management, TITAN plans to produce music festivals and revealed its intention to combine “traditional K-pop training and artist development with Web3 and metaverse innovation.” The company also announced today that it will soon open an upcoming platform where “AtHeart will connect with fans around the world with new and diverse content through a K-pop fandom platform that combines various innovative technologies such as Web3 and AI.”
