The Capital One Venture Rewards credit card is currently enjoying a limited-time offer that’s even better than the Venture X.

The previous offer provided 75,000 bonus miles after $4,000 in purchases within 3 months.

They’re now giving you $250 to use on Capital One Travel in your first year as a cardholder, and earn 75,000 bonus miles once you spend $4,000 on purchases in your first 3 months of account opening.

So you can think of this as an initial bonus offer of $1,000 in travel, or $250, plus 75,000 transferable points. Their transfer partners are:

  • Star Alliance: Air Canada – Aeroplan, Avianca LifeMiles, Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer, TAP Miles&Go, Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles, EVA Air Infinity MileageLands
  • one world: Cathay Pacific – Asia Miles, British Airways Executive Club, Finnair Plus, Qantas loyalty program
  • Team Sky: Aeromexico Club Premier, Air France KLM Flying Blue, Virgin
  • Non-alliance: Emirates Skywards, Etihad Guest
  • Hotels: Choice Privileges, Wyndham Rewards, Accor ALL

The card earns 2X unlimited miles on every purchase and has a $95 annual fee. It also includes a processing fee credit of up to $100 for Global Entry or TSA PreCheck®. (See rates and fees.) What it lacks compared to higher annual fee cards is airport lounge access.
