Adele’s Next Step In Music Will Shock And Disappoint You!

Adele is just months away from the end of her Las Vegas residency, and when it ends in early November, she’ll be ready to… disappear into the sunset??

OK, not quite. It’s not going to disappear. forever or whatever. But she’s going to take a break from music! That’s right, the plan is that there is no plan! So if you were hoping that Fall from the sky the singer is reportedly heading back into the studio and working on new tracks after finishing up in Sin City, we have some bad news for you!

On Sunday, the German media ZDF published an interview with the 36-year-old in which she was asked what she would do after her residency. And she shut them down hands down! The London native said:

“I don’t have any plans to make new music at all. I’d like to take a big break after this and I think I want to do other creative things, just for a little while.”

Wow! She didn’t any of them Plans for new music?! And she wants a “big” break?? Let’s just say that’s not true! Although we wonder what these “other creative things” are… Oddly enough, she added this little extra touch:

“I don’t like being famous. I like making music all the time.”

Looks like she’s in the mood for a well-deserved break! To be fair, Adele has taken some time between albums throughout her career. Think back: 19 arrived in 2008, when 21 came out three years later, then 25 four years later, in 2015, and 30 came out six years later, in 2021. So yeah, she’s no stranger to letting things calm down a little! And as you may recall, she said this to the Hollywood Reporter in December about new music:

“I have to wait until I have a feeling. If I’m nervous, that’s when I know I have to go into the studio, and I’m the opposite of nervous right now.”

So, yeah, she’s definitely putting the brakes on new music for a while. Maybe a long for a while. But she’s going to have to get impatient one day, isn’t she? Any reactions? Share them (below)!
