Stupid Electric Scooter Rider Caught Watching Porn in NYC Walmart

This guy is a real jerk.

An upstate New York man has been charged with public lewdness for allegedly pleasuring himself by watching porn in the electronics aisle of Walmart, state police said.

Keith Dobucki, 45, was arrested shortly after 9:15 p.m. Monday at the chain’s outlet on South Transit Road in Lockport after police received a call about him masturbating while watching explicit videos on a screen phone in the store while sitting on an electronic scooter, cops said in a statement.

Dobucki was also charged with public display of sexual material, both misdemeanors, and breaching the Public Disturbance Act, police said.

He was released without bail and is scheduled to return to Lockport Municipal Court in August.

State police said they also notified state parole officials of the arrest because they said Dobucki was on parole at the time, though they did not provide details about the previous case.
