PSG makes new €200m offer for Victor Osimhen and player Napoli considers ‘unsellable’

The end of Paris Saint-Germain’s interest in Victor Osimhen is not yet here as the French giants continue their search for attacking reinforcements ahead of the new season, Soccernet.ng reports.

With French international Kylian Mbappe having already left for Real Madrid, PSG need a new focal point in attack.

The Ligue 1 champions’ interest in Osimhen is an open secret but it is also known that the Parisians are fervent admirers of another Napoli star – Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

The Georgian playmaker shone alongside Osimhen in Napoli’s historic Scudetto title last year, with Kvaratskhelia named Serie A Player of the Year and Osimhen winning Forward of the Year during that memorable campaign.

According to Corriere dello Sport and Tutto Napoli, PSG are ready to sign Osimhen and Kvaratskhelia this summer.

The French champions are offering Napoli €200 million to complete both deals for the two exciting strikers.

However, this deal may be a bit complicated to conclude. While Napoli are willing to let Osimhen leave the Diego Maradona Stadium, Kvaratskhelia remains in their plans in Naples.

On the day of his presentation as the new Napoli coach, Antonio Conte even described Kvaratskhelia as an “unsellable” asset of the team.

Two hundred million euros might also not be enough for PSG to get both players, as Osimhen has a release clause of 130 million euros in his contract.

With no club having yet agreed a deal for him, Osimhen returned to Naples this week to take part in the club’s pre-season plans.

The Super Eagles forward scored 17 goals and added four assists in all competitions for Napoli last season.
