Now, in a new interview to celebrate the release of Deadpool and Wolverine, Ryan Reynolds found himself in the middle of the couple’s adorable dynamic.

“Actually, if I saw you in the flesh, you might join this trio,” Alison joked. during the interview broadcast on Wednesday.

“Can I just say it’s a bit awkward Ryan, because normally it’s just me and Hugh in interviews, and we normally have, like, a date,” the Great British Bake Off host added.

Ryan returned the compliment, saying, “I was absolutely blown away by the silence that fell over this jaded crew, who had made eight million movies, when he first put on that yellow (Wolverine) suit. It’s another memory I’ll never forget for the rest of my life.”

The Free Guy star even admitted to being a Bake Off fan, sharing that her daughter loves mimicking “prepare, go, bake!” in Alison’s Brummie accent.
