Two shot and wounded hospitalized as police investigate 'bizarre' shooting incident

Detectives are this weekend trying to piece together a bizarre sequence of events surrounding an incident in which a car was blocked by another vehicle and a shotgun was fired at it.

Gardaí yesterday issued a public appeal for information regarding the shooting which occurred in Ballinahinch, Roundwood, rural County Wicklow at 10pm on Tuesday.
