A Clever Hack to Outwit Spamming Apps

My quick conclusions on this subject:

  1. This approach can work to identify candidates who don’t read the job description and use AI to create a response
  2. Savvy job seekers can spot and avoid quick injections
  3. Some tech-savvy candidates appreciate the smart approach

The use of generative AI tools in the application process raises important questions for HR professionals:

  1. How to reconcile efficiency and authenticity in the application process?
  2. What role should AI play in job applications and selection?
  3. How can we design application processes that resonate with our target talent pool?

Some companies have implemented acceptable use policies, but I don’t know of anyone using more sophisticated AI usage detection at scale.
