Kenneth Cole He has built an empire of consumer footwear, clothing and accessories. His brand is valued at over $1 billion and his personal fortune is estimated at over $100 million.

The designer also owns a stunning home in Purchase, New York. Cole bought the property for $2.8 million in 1991, and it served as his family home for decades. Now, as he tells Bloomberg, with his kids grown, he’s ready to part ways with his beloved seven-bedroom abode.

Billed as “one of New York’s most prestigious estates,” it is available for $22 million.

The residence is situated on a 14-acre fenced plot. Offering spectacular views of the surrounding gardens, the three-level home includes three different office spaces.
