TEST: The Best Frozen Stir-Fry Mixes in Grocery Stores, Ranked

• I compared three frozen stir-fry mixes from Wegmans, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s.
• Wegmans had my least favorite stir fry, and Whole Foods had nothing of note.
• Trader Joe’s stir fry had by far the best flavor profile and textures.

Stir-fries are one of my favorite quick and crowd-pleasing weeknight meals. I like to pick a protein, toss it in a skillet with veggies and seasonings, and then serve it over rice or noodles for my family to enjoy.

However, buying and individually cutting up all the necessary vegetables can be time-consuming. Fortunately, supermarket chains like Trader Joe’s, Wegmans, and Whole Foods sell pre-cut frozen vegetable mixes specifically for stir-fries.
