Uttar Pradesh Assembly by-elections: SP announces in-charges of six constituencies

The Samajwadi Party on Monday announced the in-charges of six of the 10 Uttar Pradesh Assembly seats scheduled for the upcoming by-elections. Shivpal Singh Yadav, the party’s national general secretary, will oversee the Katehari seat. Faizabad MLA Awadhesh Prasad and Leader of Opposition in the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council Lal Bihari Yadav are allotted the Milkipur seat, a senior SP leader confirmed.
