If you’re planning a stay at a Hyatt property, World of Hyatt personal and business cards can help you save big on that trip and beyond.

And now might be the perfect time to add one to your wallet, because the business version of this card is offering a limited-time welcome offer. Note that both cards offer tiered bonuses, and the spending requirements for the second tier are higher for each.

Let’s take a look at the offers from both cards to help you decide if now is the time to apply.

World of Hyatt Business Credit Card

Based on TPG’s August 2024 valuations, this bonus is worth up to $1,275, which is the best deal we’ve ever seen on this card.

THE POINTS GUY

Pay rate: Nine total points for Hyatt stays (4 points per dollar spent at Hyatt hotels and 5 points per dollar spent as a World of Hyatt member), plus a unique adaptive accelerator benefit that earns 2 points per dollar spent on fitness club and gym membership purchases. Cardmembers also earn 2 points per dollar in their top three spending categories each quarter, with no spending cap. These categories include:

  • Dining
  • Airline tickets purchased directly from an airline
  • Car rental agencies
  • Local transport and commuting
  • Gas stations
  • Internet, cable and telephone services
  • Social Media and Search Engine Advertising
  • Shipping

Point earning rates will be automatically adjusted based on the categories you spend the most in each quarter, so you won’t need to select your preferred categories. Beyond your bonus categories, you’ll earn 1 point per dollar spent on all purchases.
