After making a splash this year with “Espresso” and “Please Please Please,” Sabrina Carpenter has released her long-awaited new album. Short and sweet today, which sounds a lot more like “Please Please Please” than “Espresso” in general. (I love both songs, but the album’s strong resemblance to Kacey Musgraves isn’t a bad thing.) The new LP comes with a wildly entertaining music video for the opening track “Taste.”
