Extended Stay America Opens 146-Room Hotel in Portland, Oregon

PORTLAND, ORE — Extended Stay America has opened the Extended Stay America Premier Suites Portland North hotel in Portland. Trimark-University Housing IV developed the property, which will be managed by Ark Hospitality.

Located at 1215 N. Hayden Meadows Drive, this three-story hotel offers 146 guest rooms with fully equipped kitchens that include full-size refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, cookware, dishes and a dedicated workspace. Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and breakfast, a fitness center and on-site laundry facilities.
