Dolphins claim WR Grant DuBose off waivers

The Dolphins kept just four receivers on their initial 53-man roster, but now have five.

The NFL’s transaction report shows that they have acquired former Packers player Grant DuBose off waivers. The Dolphins will now need to open up a roster spot for DuBose.

Dubose was a seventh-round pick last season but spent the entire year on the practice squad after failing to qualify late in the summer. He had 126 receptions for 1,684 yards and 15 touchdowns while at the University of Charlotte.

Tyreek Hill, Jaylen Waddle, Braxton Berrios and Malik Washington are the receivers selected to Miami. Odell Beckham is on injured reserve and River Cracraft is on injured reserve with a designation to return during the regular season.
