Firecrackers exploded during ‘altercation’ after Lyndhurst High School football game

LYNDHURST, Ohio (WOIO) – Parents at South Euclid-Lyndhurst Schools received a letter from the school this weekend regarding an “altercation” after a football game at Brush High School.

According to the letter from South Euclid-Lyndhurst Schools, the incident occurred after the end of the football game against Shaker Heights High School.

The “altercation” took place between several people, during which firecrackers were fired, according to the letter.

School officials assured parents and students that no weapons were used in the altercation and that no weapons were recovered at the scene.

South Euclid-Lyndhurst Schools is investigating the altercation.
