Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen brings an artistic touch to its afternoon tea experience by launching the “Symbiosis of Art” themed tea set in its LIAN Lounge. Inspired by the famous work of artist Wang Yuyang The Moon series, pastry chefs craft a selection of exquisite desserts that bring these artistic visions to life.

The chocolate and pear tart resembles an elegant crescent moon, with Valrhona chocolate blending perfectly with the pear jelly for a delicate and creamy taste. Vanilla rice pudding transforms the rich colors of The Moon in art through intricate chocolate details imitating a canvas.
