LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jada Pinkett Smith has surprisingly made her Instagram page private after keeping it public for years.

However, what intrigued many people was the mysterious message she shared before changing the privacy setting.

The 52-year-old actress posted a snap of a text on Monday, September 2, which read, according to PEOPLE, “A man can CHOOSE to belong to someone. And if he does… he is considered noble. A woman is told she MUST belong to someone or else… she is not worthy.”
