Centre sacks Puja Khedkar from IAS with immediate effect

As per the information submitted by Khedkar in her application forms for civil services examination between CSE-2012 and CSE-2023, it was found that she had availed more number of attempts in the examination than the maximum permissible limit of nine in her claimed category (Other Backward Classes and Persons with Disabilities as a reference), which she had exhausted while attempting the civil services examinations between 2012 and 2020, i.e. before CSE-2022 itself, they added.
