Governor DeSantis Announces Two Reappointments and One New Appointment to SRWMD Board of Directors

Governor Ron DeSantis announced this week the reappointment of two members to the Suwannee River Water Management District (SRWMD) board of directors and the appointment of one new board member. Harry Smith and Larry Thompson were reappointed to their second terms and George Wheeler was announced to fill the vacant Aucilla Basin seat. “We are pleased that Governor DeSantis has reappointed Mr. Smith and Mr. Thompson to our board,” the governor said.
