Kim Kardashian Shares Post About Moms ‘Struggling’ With Their Kids’ ‘Learning Differences’

Kim Kardashian shares a message of support for other parents who may be struggling with their children’s learning difficulties.

On Friday, September 13, the The Kardashians The 43-year-old star posted a video on her Instagram Stories of her friend Lauren Sánchez, who appeared on The view to talk about the first children’s book, The Fly That Flew Into Spaceas well as her struggles with dyslexia as a child.

In the clip, Sánchez, who is the fiancée of Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, spoke about her journey from barely being able to write due to her dyslexia to later becoming an award-winning journalist thanks to the support she received from a teacher.

In her Instagram post, Kardashian wrote about being the mother of a child with dyslexia and found comfort in Sánchez’s story.

“I’m reposting this not because she’s my friend and I love her,” Kardashian wrote, “but because every mom who has struggled with their children with dyslexia or any other learning disability needs to hear that everything will be okay.”

Sánchez then re-shared the SKIMS founder’s post, along with a few praying hands emojis to thank her for her support.

Kardashian’s eldest daughter North West – who she shares with ex-husband Kanye West – previously revealed during a TikTok live that she had been diagnosed with dyslexia – although Kardashian asked her not to share so much information with her fans at the time.

“Guys, I’m dyslexic,” North, 11, said during the October 2023 live show, according to E! News. “Do you even know what that is?”

The reality star responded to her daughter, “Northie, you’re really spilling the beans here,” and later told her she was ending the livestream because “you’re saying way too much. I’m purposely not talking about what you’re going through.”

THE The Kardashians The star is often candid about her relationship with North. The mother-daughter duo share a TikTok account called @kimandnorth, and has already gone viral for their coordinated dances and conversations on livestream.

Last month, the mother-of-four shared some behind-the-scenes footage from the filming process for some of their most popular dance videos, like the couple performing the famous TikTok dance to Charli XCX’s song “Apple.”

In an Instagram post shared to Kardashian’s account, they could be seen laughing while watching their own video, with North’s phone attached to the mirror in front of them. The carousel continued to show the dance video the two were filming in the photo.

“I might enjoy some forced dances on Tik Tok 😉,” Kardashian captioned the post.
