Democrats have filed a lawsuit to have the Green Party excluded from the Nevada presidential race – all to ensure Kamala wins. A top-tier legal team from the ACLJ has been assembled to fight back. We are filing an emergency lawsuit in the United States Supreme Court on behalf of the Green Party to defend the right of ALL AMERICANS to vote for the candidate of their choice.
