Vandals filmed spray painting downtown building – NBC10 Philadelphia

Philadelphia police are searching for five individuals who were caught on surveillance camera vandalizing a downtown building.

On September 13, three unknown individuals spray-painted graffiti on the side of a building along the 1500 block of Walnut Street around 1:40 a.m., police said.

The graffiti caused damage to the building estimated at $250.

Police released video of the incident and photos of the suspects.

Authorities said the violators left the area by walking north on 100 S 16th St.

This is the second time vandals have sprayed graffiti on the building along Walnut Street.

On August 22, police said two unknown men also sprayed graffiti on the side of a building along the 1500 block of Walnut Street at 12:02 a.m.

In this incident, the damage was estimated at $500.

Police also released surveillance video, photos and descriptions of the two individuals seen in the video.

The first suspect is described by police as a man with black hair and a mustache who was wearing a gray hat, a black T-shirt, beige pants and white sneakers.

The second suspect is described by police as a mustachioed man wearing a red and blue hat, a black jacket and black pants.
