There is a $4,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in the deaths of Clinton Martin, 29, of Lansdowne, and Joshua Waltz, 33, of Odessa, Delaware, Friday night on the ramp from I-95 north to I-476 north near MacDade Boulevard in Ridley Township.

Martin was found dead with a gunshot wound to the neck and Waltz was found dead under Martin’s vehicle, state police said. Officers are offering a reward.

In a news release, state police said that at 9:48 p.m., officers were called by a passerby reporting a two-car crash on the ramp, which crosses from the southbound lanes of I-95 to the northbound lanes of 476.

The caller was not sure if there were any injuries.

Firefighters from Garden City, South Media, Woodlyn and Tinicum Township along with Crozer EMS were dispatched to the scene.

Officers said Martin’s vehicle struck a concrete barrier on the ramp and continued for about a quarter-mile before hitting Waltz and his car.

Police said the preliminary investigation indicated Waltz’s dark brown-gray 2010 Chevrolet Malibu became disabled and he pulled over onto the ramp and stood behind the vehicle.

Martin’s 2010 Mazda, traveling on the right shoulder of the exit ramp, struck the right concrete retaining wall and then struck the Chevrolet in the rear.

The case is being investigated as a double homicide by Troop K’s Major Case Team.
