Prime Minister announces national organ donation campaign

Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has announced the launch of a national initiative to promote organ donation and save human lives.

In a message on the occasion of International Identity Day today, he said that people who voluntarily register as organ donors will have a special logo printed on their national identity cards.

Shehbaz Sharif said that organ donation is a profound act of kindness that can give a new lease of life to those in need.

He called for working collectively to build a more inclusive world where the rights of every individual are recognized and respected.

The Prime Minister said the government remains committed to implementing policies that promote transparency and accountability to build trust among our citizens and encourage greater participation in civic duties.
