GRAEF Announces New President and Fourth Generation of Leadership » Urban Milwaukee

Milwaukee, WI – GRAEF, a leading engineering, planning and design firm, is pleased to announce that Pat Kressin has been appointed as the new president of the company, marking the beginning of the fourth generation of management at GRAEF.

Kressin, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, has been with GRAEF since 1995. Throughout his nearly 30-year career, he has been instrumental in the successful completion of many landmark projects, including the redevelopment of BAYSHORE, Komatsu South Harbor Campus, Discovery World and the Milwaukee Art Museum, among others. Pat has led the company’s business development in Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota and Florida. His focus on innovative, customer-centric solutions has solidified GRAEF’s reputation as a trusted partner across a wide range of industries.

Kressin will officially assume his role as president on January 1, 2025. He will succeed John Kissingerwho will remain CEO until his retirement. At that time, Kressin will also assume the roles of president and chief executive officer.
