Hezbollah Suffered Severe Damage, But Israel Ready to Deliver More Blows, Israeli Defense Minister Says – World

TEL AVIV, September 24 (TASS) – Hezbollah has suffered several severe blows and Israel is determined to follow through on them, Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said.

He made the statement while addressing troops after an exercise simulating a ground offensive in Lebanon.

“The Hezbollah of today is not the Hezbollah of a week ago. The series of blows to its command and control, to its operatives, to its weapons, all of these things are extremely serious blows,” Gallant said in comments released by the Defense Department.

“I have confidence in the Israel Defense Forces and everything they do, and we have more shots ready,” Galant continued.

He said the Israeli army “knows what to do and how to do it.”
