Animal cruelty suspect caught on camera in Waipahu

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Honolulu police need your help finding a woman caught on camera repeatedly hitting a dog in Waipahu.

Honolulu Crimestoppers released the video on September 24, but the incident took place a week earlier, on September 17.

Some might find the video disturbing as the woman is not only seen hitting the dog, but also aggressively pulling the dog into the air by the neck and shaking it as it swings above the ground.

It was on Upai Street just before 8am.

The woman was wearing pink pants and a white top.
