A 42-year-old man allegedly hit 2 people by car in Kalihi

Honolulu police have opened an attempted first-degree murder investigation after a 42-year-old man allegedly drove his vehicle into two other men in Kalihi.

Police said the incident happened around 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.

The suspect allegedly intentionally drove his vehicle into the two victims, aged 43 and 25, then fled in an unknown direction. One of the victims was slightly injured.

Police have not yet made an arrest pending investigation.
