Vancouver Fall Food Fest 2024: participating businesses

Apple, pumpkin, chestnut…the comforting flavors of fall make them perfect ingredients for so many delicious treats. These seasonal flavors are the focus of the annual self-guided Vancouver Fall Food Fest, which features a range of exclusive dishes you can try at more than a dozen participating locations this fall.

Taking place October 4-27, Fall Food Fest is organized by Vancouver-based Noms magazine, which champions small restaurants and local food businesses. Noms founder Jason Yeh organized the festival with the aim of encouraging locals and visitors to show their support for some of the city’s best cafes and bakeries during the coldest and quietest time of the year. year.

For this year’s Fall Food Fest, 14 vendors will offer special items for purchase at locations in Vancouver, Burnaby and Richmond.

This year’s festival promises to give fall favorites a new but familiar taste with items like Lumine Coffee’s Apple Hojicha Croissant Cube or Boketto Tea Bar’s Pumpkin Pie Mochi Waffles. At Whisk Matcha Cafe & Level V bakery, guests can enjoy “Oyatsu O’Clock”, a light afternoon meal consisting of Oolong Oat Misto and an onigiri-shaped chestnut cake sandwich, while that at Angus T you will find gooey apple cinnamon rolls.

Anyone embarking on a tasting adventure can use the passport and festival “missions” to collect stickers or stamps with every purchase. As an incentive, prizes are to be won, in the form of a draw, for those who load their visit passport.

There is no cost to participate in the event, you will simply pay for the food and drinks you try at one of the participating vendor cafes or restaurants.
